At Lilla Hardware, we offer local delivery using our own bakkie or truck within a 50km radius of our store, as well as free in-person collection from our premises.
We do not offer nationwide delivery at this time.

We always try to offer same-day delivery whenever possible.
However, to manage customer expectations, please allow us a maximum of 3β5 working days for delivery after your order has been processed.

We currently deliver within a 50km radius of our store address:

Once your payment has been reflected in our account, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

4. Delivery Cost Calculation
We do not use fixed delivery fees for all orders. Instead, we will assess your order (size, weight, and quantity) and determine the appropriate delivery vehicle (bakkie or truck) required.
The delivery cost will be calculated based on the vehicle needed and the distance to your address. We will inform you of the cost before finalizing your order.

5. Delivery Process & Coordination:
Once our delivery vehicle is dispatched, we will contact you to confirm an estimated arrival time.
You or the recipient must ensure clear coordination to finalize the delivery.
Our driver cannot wait for extended periods.
If the recipient is not ready, not present, or takes longer than a reasonable waiting time (e.g., more than 10β15 minutes), we may leave and reschedule the delivery, and an additional delivery fee may apply.

6. No Liability for Property Damage:
When we deliver to your chosen address, you or the recipient must ensure that the delivery point (e.g., driveway, pavement, gate area) is capable of supporting the weight of our delivery vehicle (bakkie or truck).
We will not take any liability for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions such as weak paving, sinking pavement, unstable ground, or narrow access points.

However, delays can occasionally happen due to high order volumes, vehicle issues, road conditions, or public holidays. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you via phone or WhatsApp.

It is the customer's or recipient's responsibility to ensure that goods are received in good order at the time of delivery.
You must ensure clear coordination to finalize the relevant delivery β our driver cannot wait for an hour or more for you to arrange someone to receive the goods.
Once our driver has handed over the items and you or your recipient has accepted them, we will not be able to assist with after-delivery issues such as missing items, damage, or incorrect quantities.
Please inspect the goods carefully at the time of delivery.
If there is an obvious problem (e.g., wrong item or visible damage), you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
